This is done on cardboard and used acrylic. The papers have notes on them from when I was in the 7th grade or so

Guitar with Broken Bottle

From the picture you can't see the texture of most of the piece. Like for example the neck of the guitar is sandpaper and the paper behind the guitar in the bottom left is a yarn weaving.
