Going with my concentration of texture in 2D design this piece i wanted to show the extremes of texture. One side is a really rough texure and the other is smooth. The texture is done with modeling paste and then the whole thing is painted with acyclic.

I think we are both feeling some momentum in your work. This piece, to me, represents the quintessential idea behind your concentration. I'm looking forward to seeing your many unfinished pieces completed to support this feeling. Before this piece is deemed finished, I'd like for you to give thought to making the large yellow square smoothe and the large white one smoothe.
